- Do You Offer Servers To Setup, Serve, and Clean Up For My Event?
YES, You have the option of having servers to handle all the set-up, clean-up and serving at an extra charge.
- How Will My Food Stay Hot?
We will provide you with enough chafers and sterno cans to keep your food hot throughout your entire event. If Servers are being provided to you, and depending on the amount of food, we will keep the food in our heated catering trucks until needed
- How Far In Advance Should I Book For Your Banquet Room?
We recommend at least 2 weeks notice, however, the minimum amount of notice needed is 7 days.
- Can You Provide Food For My Event In Your Banquet Room?
Yes, we can provide anything that is available in Sorrento Restaurant, as well as all of the items offered on our catering menu.
- How Many Guests Does Your Banquet Room Hold?
Our banquet room can hold 30 people comfortably, but can accommodate up to 40 guests.

- What Is The Minimum Amount Of time I Can Rent Your Banquet Room For?
The minimum amount of time Is 2 hours
- How Will Food Be Delivered to My Event?
We have a fleet of 3 custom designed catering trucks that are used to bring food to every event. These trucks enable us to keep your hot food hot, and your cold food cold.

- Do You Have Food Not Offered On The Catering Menu?
Yes, our catering menus as well as our online menus are sample menus to provide an overview of what we offer. We custom design each menu to each event.
- Do You Provide Beverages?
Yes, we can supply many different types of beverages for your event, including wine and beer.
- Can You Provide Silverware?
Yes, we offer silverware for events of up to 300 people.
- Can You Provide Box Lunches For More Than 200 People?
Yes, please call for pricing on our box lunches.
- What Is Your Delivery Charge?
We charge $5 within the Arbutus area, $10 to Catonsville, and $20 everywhere else.
- When Do I Need To Give The Final Guest Count for Catering Events?
The final guest count is due within 4 days of your event
